Tammy Irons, Owner 
Tammy Irons concentrates her practice primarily in the areas of corporate,
business, taxation, probate, estates, trusts, wills, estate planning, labor and
employment, and election, campaign and political law. She is admitted to the bar
in Alabama and Tennessee. |
Prior
to forming her own firm, Ms. Irons was an associate attorney with Glankler Brown,
PLLC, in Memphis, Tennessee. Ms. Irons received her B.S. degree in Accounting
in 1986 from the University of North Alabama and J.D., with honors, from the University
of Memphis in 1989.
While
in law school, Ms. Irons received the American Jurisprudence Awards in corporate
tax and federal courts. After graduating from law school, she served as the Judicial
Law Clerk to the Honorable Hewitt P. Tomlin, Presiding Judge, Western Section
of the Tennessee Court of Appeals from 1989-1990.
She
is a member of the Lauderdale County Bar Association, Alabama Bar Association,
Memphis Bar Association and American Bar Association. She is admitted to practice
before the U.S. Tax Court.
Ms.
Irons currently serves on the Board of Directors for the following organizations:
Shoals Entrepreneurial Center, Shoals Economic Development Authority, Shoals Area
Political Action Committee, Safeplace, Inc., Safeplace Foundation, Inc., Muscle
Shoals Music Association and Riverbend Foundation, Inc. She is the Vice President
and immediate past Secretary-Treasurer of the Lauderdale County Bar Association.
Ms. Irons is also a member of the Shoals Chamber of Commerce and a partner with
Manufacture Alabama. Ms. Irons is a former Board Member of the Boys and Girls
Club of Northwest Alabama and C.A.S.A. (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of
Florence/Lauderdale County, Alabama, Inc.
Ms.
Irons is rated "AV" by her peers, the highest rating issued by Martindale-Hubbell
Law Directory. She was also inducted as an Honorary Member of The Eta Alpha Chapter
of Delta Mu Delta at the University of North Alabama (National Honor Society in
Business Administration) for 2004-2005.

Billy
Tune, In Memory We
